Shonky Professionals should pays consumers' losses

The nation's foremost consumer advocate has been named as the recipient of the Civil Justice Foundation's prestigious 'Foundation Award' for 2002. The award has gone to Professor Allan Fels, for his unwavering perseverance and tenacity at the helm of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) on behalf of consumers since 1995.
