The Foundation campaigns for a more efficient and equitable civil justice system, helping society to understand the individual's point of view.

By supplying policy makers and the public with the results of objective, empirically based and litigal research, the CJF hopes to carry out its objectives.

Civil Justice Foundation Ltd is a company limited by guarantee and incorporated in New South Wales. The Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit organisation.

The CJF is funded by bequests and donations.
